Did You Know? 💅✨

I started my nail journey by experimenting with nail art on my friends and family-let’s just say they were my first (and sometimes unwilling) models! 😂 It all began with a few wild designs and a lot of laughter, and look where we are now!

Now, I get to help clients express themselves through beautiful nails, stunning brows/lashes and relaxing treatments. Each appointment is a chance to create something special and share a few giggles along the way!

Did I do well at school? Not really! I never even sat for my Maths GCSE or the others-not even worth mentioning. Back then, I was more focused on working; I started at 13, and it was a different world back then. Now, you need at least GCSE Maths and English for most jobs.

I tried various college courses but never really settled-nothing felt right, and I often felt like I wasn’t enough. Fast forward to 2015, after experiencing the unimaginable pain of losing a child, I decided to set up a charity for bereaved children and train as a counsellor myself. By then, I had two boys, met my partner (who later became my husband), and welcomed a little girl into our family.

Despite my personal struggles, I always aimed to succeed and that I did-with numerous qualifications in Beauty over the years and graduating as a counsellor. I’m passionate about helping others feel beautiful inside and out, whether it’s through perfecting hybrid brows, giving a fresh lift to lashes, or creating stunning gel nails. And let’s not forget the soothing massages that help you unwind and recharge-because everyone deserves a little self-care!

I’ve always strived for more, continually training and keeping up with the latest techniques in the beauty industry. I opened my own salon suite during lockdown, taking a leap from my job as an activities coordinator to gain flexibility for my family and the freedom I craved.

I’ve always known I was different, embracing my quirks-yes, I’m neurodivergent with ADHD and Autism. But every trauma, heartbreak, and challenge has shaped me into who I am today. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing-except maybe for a cottage in the middle of nowhere with just a cup of tea! Winning the lottery would be nice for that dream! 😂
