I remember the minours strikes when I was a kid because my brother was one and he would come home full of Arthur scarghls supporters badges n.u.m stickersns which I woyddduld have on my lunch box , I remember the country was poor inwe got food hampers and I remember him calling people scabs if they crossed the picket line
Today the same government are in power and here we go again and I Do think nurses should be one of the highest payed jobs in the country
Idont agree railways should be on strike they get payed a lot of money I know this to be a fact also
But I do believe in a fair pay but when inflation falls they will have a massive pay gap again just let’s think about the aftermath of a 18% pay rise when inflation comes down
we will have a massive deficit in the economy with the pay rise that will encourage more to do the same and when disabled people who CAN NOT work have never been so poor as they have never had any rise in their benefits { im talking about the severe disabled not all the malingerers this is not a fair country and a very out of touch government and a Labour Party who can’t run a marathon let alone the country we have no hope of ever being level woth everyone in this country I have sympathy for the strikers until one said he has a second home to pay for !t makes my arse wink we are all in the poo poo so get your big girl pants on and get back to work so the rest of the country can earn the pittance they get payed feed their kids
