🐇🐣What a fantastic way to wrap up our TheraFit Easter Half Term sessions! ⚽️🐇🏑

We’ve had so much fun enjoying sports, crafts, and sensory play together. It’s been wonderful to welcome so many new faces, as well as spending time with our lovely regular children.

Thank you to everyone who joined us — we hope to see you all again soon for even more fun and laughter!

📍 Taylor Park (meet at the Boathouse)

This is a fully inclusive, non-judgemental group focused on supporting positive mental health and wellbeing.

Sometimes all it takes is a walk, a chat, and good company. Too many men struggle in silence—but you don’t have to. At Thetafit, we believe men’s mental and physical health matters.
