✨ The chakra of the week is… the sacral chakra! 🧡 I will align my sacral chakra by spending time near water to help boost my energy flow ➡️ for an affirmation you can use to balance energy within the body 🧡

This energy centre is just below the naval and is largely linked to our emotions. The water element represents our emotions and so spending time near water can help to release old energy that no longer serves us 🧡

✨ The chakra of the week is… the throat chakra! 🩵 I will heal my throat chakra by using the strength of affirmation to find my voice again ➡️ to find an affirmation to support communication 🩵

This card reminds us that communication involves listening as well as speaking. Sometimes listening to understand rather than respond can help our relationships. Where can we take time to listen and allow others to feel heard this week? 🩵

✨ The chakra of the week is… the sacral chakra! 🧡 I will channel the power of healing stones to open my sacral chakra ➡️ to find some crystals that work with the energy of this chakra to bring you more creativity, pleasure and enjoyment 🧡

If you don’t have any orange crystals you could add some orange foods to your meals this week or place some orange flowers in your home. This chakra is linked to the water element so spending time near natural water or taking a bath will also help to balance the sacral 🏵️🥕🌊

We deserve to feel confident in expressing our needs, thoughts and feelings to both ourselves and others. Speaking openly, honestly and with compassion benefits the relationships we have with others and most importantly… ourselves 🩵

✨The chakra of the week is… the root chakra! ❤️ I will heal my root chakra by channelling the cleansing power of crystals and gemstone ➡️ to find some helpful crystals for feeling grounded and secure ❤️

The root chakra enables you to feel rooted in your life. When balanced we feel a sense of security in our relationships and present in our body and surroundings.

If you don’t have any red crystals you could try yoga or gardening to help ground yourself and plant ‘roots’ in to the earth. Walking barefoot in the garden or a beach walk work well for this chakra too ❤️🏖️🌹
