Lie on your back and watch the clouds, watch how the change shape and disappear.
As you lie there, think about the mental load you carry daily. Emails, housework, minor stresses.....
Imagine them as tiny clouds. Watch them drift across your vision.
Breathe in the "big picture" and breathe out the "small stuff"

The flow of water - letting go.

Find some moving water, a river, a fountain or a raindrops. Watch how the water moves around obstacles without stopping.

Pick up a twig or leaf. Think about something you want to let go. Then, drop the leaf into the water and watch it float away. Say to yourself - I release what's no longer serving me.

The sense of sight - noticing.

Go on a colour walk. Choose a colour, then try to find 10 different things in nature that match that colour.
Look at the tiny details, the veins on a leaf, or the patterns in a rock.

Think about a habit or a self-limiting belief that cloud your vision. Focus on a leaf or a flower and practice zooming out from your problem. Remind yourself "my problems are small in the vastness of this landscape"

Take off your shoes, and walk barefoot on grass, soil, or sand.. for 10mins, or longer!

Visualise any physical tension you may have in your shoulders.

As your feet touch the earth, imagine that tension flowing down the body and into the ground. Feel the earth to absorbing the weight you've been carrying.

The sense of sound - finding the silence.

Find a quiet place outside, a park, back garden... Close your eyes, for a few minutes. Listen for the furthest sound, e.g. a plane, traffic in the distance. Then listen for something not too far away e.g. rustling leaves, birds. Next, listen for the closest sound - your own breath.

Now, identify one noisy thought or worry that goes around in your head. As you listen to nature's noises, imagine that noisy thought/worry dissolving away into the background noise of the world.
Let nature sounds carry the volume of your worries away.
