People came from out of the winds and rain, lay down and relaxed as we washed sound over and around them.

We invite you to join us on a journey of self reflection, understanding and healing.
Connect with like minded people, with your power animals, ancestral guides, and with your inner shaman.

The four elements are all Shamanic Reiki and Shamanic energy practitioners and we have combined all of our individual skills to create this special workshop to help you unleash the wild woman within.

We are delighted to announce that now we are in the dark part of the year, we will be hosting our retreat evenings again.

We meet up every 6 weeks to celebrate the festivals of the wheel of the year. We have lots of seasonal activities, yoga, meditation and we finish with a sound bath.

We love hosting these events and we’re so happy to join forces with Harmony Centre as our new venu.

If you’d like to connect with nature and yourself, meet like minded people and work on your healing journey in a safe non judgemental environment in our sister circle, please message one of us to book a place.

The next festival is Mabon- The Autumn equinox. A time of balance in nature, as the days and nights are of equal length.
It’s a time when the trees shed their leaves, and preserve their energy for the winter. We will take our inspiration from nature, and release all that is no longer serving us, as we recharge in preparation for the darker months. Together

We've not held a family walk for awhile, and we're looking to do some regular ones ☺️ The last family walks we've done have been a huge success, with children coming out of their comfort zones, sharing their feeling, even teaching their parents new things about themselves. Our last walk, we had lots of "Mud Warriors", both adults and children had so much fun, with parents reporting their children had a sound sleep that night!!

It'll be a day to reconnect, not only with nature, but with each other to strengthen your bond. Share laughter under the trees, and build roots of understanding while giving your children roots wings of mindfulness.
