In one day, we'll look at the areas of your life that need some TLC. We'll come up with a personalised plan (fully reality checked). You'll learn some techniques to keep stress manageable.

The day will end with a hypnotherapy session to keep you on the plan. You'll get a recording of this to listen to anytime that you feel you need it.

Plus, I'll pop you a call a week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks later, completely up to you. I can see how you're getting on and offer any advice.
