Service Details:

Ceremony Location: GreenAcres Rainford Park (Blindfoot Road, Rainford, St Helens, Merseyside, WA11 7HX)

Funeral cortege (journey) begins from The Boilermakers Arms, located at Hoghton Road, St Helens, Sutton, WA9 3HN - departing around 1:20–1:30 PM, arriving at GreenAcres shortly thereafter.

Follow-on Gathering: After the service, please join us at The Griffin Inn, Church Lane, Eccleston, St Helens, Merseyside, WA10 5AD - from approximately 3:30 PM.🩵

Dress Code: No suits – casual formal attire is preferred. No sports tops unless motorsport-related (as requested by John).

With the saddest of hearts we announce that Annmarie McHugh passed away on the 2nd August and the cremation will take place on 18th August 2025. The funeral is to commence at 2pm at Wigan Crematorium, Cemetery Road, Ince, WN3 4NN leaving from the family home roughly at 1:30pm

We would like to allow people to pay their respects to a loving and caring person however can we please politely ask that the family enter the crematorium chapel first.

You was so loved 💗

Ian MacMillan.
Passed away on the 27th May 2025 aged 54 years. The funeral service shall take place on Friday 27th June 2025 at St. Helens Crematorium at 2pm. Those who knew Ian are welcome to join the family at The Victoria Pub in Newton-le-Willows following the service to continue to celebrate his life. Michael Ekin passed away peacefully on Tuesday 13th May aged 79 years. He will be sadly missed by his partner Linda, daughter Charlotte, his grandchildren and all his family and friends. Donations if desired in memory of Michael can be given to Parkinsons UK via the link. Bikers are welcome to join the cortege at the family’s house at 1pm. Family request for mourners to wear something blue to his funeral. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 18th June, Wigan Crematorium at 2pm. Irene Atherton passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 4th May 2025, aged 89 Years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Wigan Crematorium on Thursday 22nd May at 11am. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Irene can be made to Cancer Research UK.
