A lovely day off today being pampered.

Thank you to for the amazing treatment today, I feel like a brand new woman. I am so excited for things to come. Especially now I have been attuned to womb healing so I can spread the healing to others ✨

Then I had a lovely Yin Yoga class at .yoga with Lauren. I have been struggling with my injury for quite a few months now. It’s a vicious circle, you need movement to heal but it hurts! Well, this class couldn’t have gone any better. Not only did I manage to stretch out the areas of my body that working overtime to compensate but I actually managed to use my right arm quite a bit too. Lauren seemed to sense every time it was about to be uncomfortable and she was there immediately with blocks, blankets and advice. Her class helped me so much. I’m even going to use the trick she used putting a blanket under my shoulder to help me sleep tonight. ✨

I am so grateful for today. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Remember to fill yours too.

Yesterday I cried 🥹 tears of joy.
When I started my meditation courses, my reason was because I wanted to help others deal with stress and anxiety having struggled myself.
I said that even if I only help 1 person, that would mean the world to me.

Yesterday, I learnt that a young girl from a meditation session I had taught, had used one of the techniques I had taught when she was overwhelmed n school and it really helped her.

This brought me tears. It is literally a dream come true.
That was the goal! That was the whole point!

I would love to help as many people as possible.

Yesterday, hearing that, was the biggest accomplishment of my career.
