Did I cry a little when my alarm went off at 5:30? Yes.
But I would do it any given day for my children so why not me?
I'm not going to lie.. I love our little home Ed life but it is full on.
We are constantly on the go. The little time we do have at home, we (by 'we' I mean 'me') use trying to get on top of the chores we couldn't do when we were out and then prepare for the next day.
I had an injury last year which stopped me from doing most exercise so yesterday was the first time I've managed to push myself since then.
I didn't do amazing compared to the others but compared to what I've been able to do this past year, I was pretty incredible.
I showed up for myself which brought me 1 step closer to recovery. 1 step closer to healing inside and out.
Show up for yourself the way you show up for your loved ones!
I'm so lucky that .yoga has such a variety of times available. The rest of my Friday was spent running round after my family until 22:00 so if it wasn't for her 6 'o'clock class, I wouldn't have managed to fit myself in.
By the way, I actually thought my glutes had got up and left but I can definitely feel them today 😂
