Our Journal Community kicked off another brand new month today!

I've not shared any of the prompts from the group because I'm keeping it as community work and the people in there are all supporting each other 🍂🧡

But I wanted to share my journal response to today's prompt!

Today's prompt:
Monday 1st September

A fresh new page, a brand new start....write down one positive thing you're going to do to get the month started.

Mine was simply...slow down! So, a nice hot bubble bath and an early night with my book(s)

It's New Moon time...this time sat in Virgo ♍️

New moons are all about manifestation, dreaming into reality of the new. Time to reflect, set new intentions and turn a new page.

Virgo is typically about the stuff we do daily! Routines we have, things we do over and over. Now is the time to reflect on what is serving us and what isn't.

Are you doing things daily because you've always done them? Does it actually serve you a purpose, or are you ready for something new and more fulfilling?

Time to cut away those habits and routines that are no longer working to make way for new routines and habits that serve ✨️

So, grab your journal and a pen and let's go!

Embracing who you are and letting go of the expectations of others. This is your life! Only you can live it!

We're not here to follow the crowd, we are here to shine, be ourselves, carry our own story and truly live it!

This moon will help you see where you need to step out ✨️

Let's ditch the shoulds and expectations! The world needs more of us showing up for who we are not what instragram says we are!

It's time to be enough, just by being you! 🫶
So, grab that journal and pen and let's gooooo!

We've been running for 2 months now and it's been amazing!

We've had:

✨️ We've worked with the moon and individual houses in the group
✨️ We've had a monthly creative task

It's been great and we've had some lovely feedback!
