Acupuncture for Hayfever is an amazing alternative to taking tablets - literally 1 or 2 treatments per year can stop the sneezing, itchy eyes and scratchy throat in its tracks.

Happy International Women's Day 💖
I've had a massive influx of follows lately, so I thought today was a very apt day to reintroduce myself to you all and give you my back story...
So nearly 30 years ago (how that happened when I'm clearly just over 21 I'll never know 🤣🫣), I qualified as a Sports Therapist at St Helens College, under the expert tuition of Ray Christian. I'd done my GCSE's and A Levels but I'd "had enough of education" so I didn't go to Uni
Little did I know that doing the Sports Therapy Diploma was just the start of my education really
Since then I've qualified in sooooo many different modalities - I'm a qualified teacher, I used to also do the whole gambit of beauty therapies - but now I concentrate on my passions

People may think that I have too many strings to my bow, but when you stack these treatments together they give the best results in helping fix you.
Personally, it was the best thing I ever did not going to Uni - the path I've followed has brought me immense pleasure and satisfaction in knowing that I'm helping people.
I've studied now "properly" since I was 18 (46 this year), and I honestly don't think I'll ever stop studying, I'm always striving to be better

Well well well… look who finally made it onto the treatment couch 👀
After months of “I’m fine” and “it’s just a little niggle”… I finally got one of our local gym owners exactly where I wanted him — lying face down and not arguing back.
Under all that strength and coaching confidence?
A collection of tight hips, grumbly shoulders and a back that’s been whispering (…shouting) for attention.
We went in with:
🔥 Deep sports massage to shift the proper stubborn stuff
🔥 Gua sha (Kinetic Therapy) to scrape away the built-up tension
🔥 Cupping to decompress and get things moving
🔥 Tuina to restore balance
🔥 NMR to remind certain muscles how to actually do their job
Because here’s the truth…
Strong doesn’t mean supple.
Fit doesn’t mean functioning well.
And coaches? They’re usually the worst patients 😉 Along with fellow therapists cos we're always fixing you 😆
So if you're in the St Helens and surrounding areas and you’ve been calling something a “niggle” for the last six months… this is your sign.
Your body keeps the receipts.

Was great to catch up with other solo business entrepreneurs - we don't have work colleagues to have a daily natter with so this was a brilliant way to spend a Friday lunch and give another local company our business too 😀
