Today is known as "blue Monday" when many people experience a particular low. If you're feeling down, fed up, low, sad, depressed, unmotivated, tired, exhausted and/ or discombobulated well there is good reason for that- and it's not just blue Monday.
We are all experiencing a shift in energies as the Yin Water year of the Rabbit moves towards the Yang Wood year of the Dragon. (If you want to know more about that give me a shout and I'll share my water to wood wisdom with you)
So what could you do if you are experiencing any/all of the above?
First of all PAUSE take a moment and ask your body and your Higher Self 'what do I need right now?'
Ask them- they know!
Perhaps your answer is one of the following...

*REST
*Create some art- grab some crayons and scribble away, get the paints out, do some sewing, knitting or crochet, mould something with clay- get creative in whatever way feels right in this moment. Do it FOR ENJOYMENT & MEDITATION don't try to create anything that's perfect Make sure you're following Rev Deb Art for creative ideas and offerings!
*Do something nourishing for you- if you love nature get out and hug a tree, if you love cooking get into the kitchen, love reading a cheesey murder mystery? Well get your book out. Whatever you love doing- DO IT, AND DO IT GUILT FREE! Everything else can wait.
*Bring Mind, Body & Spirit into alignment with actions that benefit your health and wellness- try doing some Qi Gong or Tai Chi check out Heather Reade School of Tai Chi & Qigong for her latest offerings Or gift yourself some time to meditate, book yourself a massage or how about a course of health and wellness boosting acupuncture at Acupuncture Care
*Enjoy some time with your animal friends- got a pet? Then you already know what great wellness boosters animals can be. If you don't have one of your own ask to pop round to a human friend's house to pet their furry Being. Or volunteer some time at your local animal rescue where you can do good (which also makes you feel good) AND you get to hang out with gorgeous animal Souls. *Connect with a human friend- yes that can be as amazing as connections with our furry friends! Finding it difficult to call in person or to reach out? Start small and simple- send a text.
