Providing Intense support for families, young people with multiple and complex needs. Inspires team holds a wealth of experience with HCPC Registered Social Worker, Qualified Support Workers, Family Support Worker, Education & Forensic Psychologists, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Voluntary Mentors, Ofsted Registered Managers, SFSC Parenting Programme Facilitators, CSE Champions

Inspire Community Services:
• Edge of Care Support and Intervention
• Supported Living accommodation in a range of models to suit the Young Person
• Working with Residential and Independent Fostering Agencies
• Supporting Step Down Placements High Level Intervention
• Non Secure Escort Services (Welfare, Contact, Education)
• Welfare Recovery (2 hour Rapid Response)
• Appropriate Adult
• Hospital Bed Watch
• Evidence Based Parenting Assessment and Interventions
• Family Support and Intervention
• Supporting Step-Down Placements
• All our support services offer 24 hours on call management support 365 days a year

Working with Local Authorities and other professionals to:
• Get children and young people back into Education or Training
• Reduce youth crime and anti-social behaviour
• Put adults on a path back to work
• Work with all professional and police to reduce any CSE related issues
• Reduce the risk of children and young people becoming Looked After (LAC)
• Reduce the high costs for the public sector
• Manage mental health needs within the community

Non Secure welfare transport services and support:
• Inspires cost effective service
• 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 Support
• Court Appointments
• Police Stations
• Escort unaccompanied minors
• Prison Contact
• Absconders
• Welfare Recovery
• Collection and Drop Off
• To and From Residential Care
• Education Transport Services (Are able to take young people directly into education)
