On Saturday 21st June it will be my 10 year anniversary for my fitness business. I am putting on a free session that day meeting at 10:00 in Victoria Park St Helens (meeting point is on 2nd photo) I would like to invite all my current and past clients to come along for a 45 minute fitness session whether you've trained once or 100 times, my way of saying thank you for 10 years of abuse (both ways šŸ˜‚) you are more than welcome to bring someone with you.
