Sore? Good. That means you showed up.
Pilates isn’t about waiting until your body feels perfect — it’s about showing up because it doesn’t. The shakes, the burn, the “why did I book this class?” moments… that’s where the magic actually happens.
And just so you know — instructors feel it too. We’re right there with you, fighting through the same pulses, the same holds, the same sore muscles the next day. We don’t skip the struggle… we train through it.
Progress isn’t built on the easy days. It’s built on the days you really didn’t feel like coming, but did anyway.
So if you’re sore today — take it as a sign you’re getting stronger, not a reason to stop.
