This is what happens when you believe in yourself 🙌! Frankie found his people with Slimming World – a group that gets it, has his back and keeps him going even on the tough weeks 💪. With incredible support from them and his Consultant Jesse (jessefuller_sw on Instagram), he’s lost an amazing 2st (12.7kg) and is feeling more confident, happier and ready to say yes to life.

‘I used to be so insecure and found it difficult to make friends – I’d assume people would be embarrassed of my size’ 💔.

Losing 1st 10.5lbs (11kgs) helped Bethan gain a whole new life. She’s now healthier, more confident and has even discovered a passion for being active… so much so, she’ll be lacing up her trainers to run the London Marathon this month as part of the Slimming World team 🤯.
