Let’s hear it for the amazing Stacey, one of our inspiring members who’s lost an incredible 5 stone so far, and she’s done it alongside her husband Steve, who’s lost 9 stone too 💚

Stacey’s journey has been full of determination, real-life challenges, and quiet strength. She’s shown up week after week, made changes that work for her, and kept going even when it felt tough. Her positivity, honesty, and gentle encouragement lift everyone around her, and her transformation is nothing short of inspiring 🙌
