☀️BREATHE BUDDIES ARE BACK FOR THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS!☀️

Join Breathe Buddies this summer for a fun filled workshop all about...DOPLHINS!🐬

We will be reading an interactive story, followed by ocean animal themed breathing exercises, then the best bit...we are going to make a dolphin that can sq**rt water!🌊(don't worry, you are not going to get wet, its not real water! Its tinsel!).

No need to book- just turn up! (apart from the family fun days, where you must ring for a space). St Helens Family Hubs

Welcome to our new look page! Your new St Helens Wellbeing service makes it easier to access a wide range of healthy living and wellbeing support through a ’one stop shop’. We’ve joined up services that provide advice and help with healthy eating, exercise, weight management, stopping smoking, breastfeeding, emotional and social wellbeing, oral health and volunteering.
