Singing is musical medicine for the soul!

‘Singing for the Soul’ invites you to open up your voice and your heart to devote time and space to connect with the power of your natural voice.

During this retreat you will experience the magic and power of singing together with others in a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Singing is a simple, yet very powerful and moving emotion, that connects us to one another and to our true and authentic selves.

When you arrive at this creative retreat, a very warm and harmonious welcome will await you! You will meet up with and mix with others in a relaxed and soulful space, while practicing and singing uplifting and meaningful heart songs and chants together, with the aim of improving collective health and wellbeing. There won’t be any sheet music or lyrics, everyone will just learn the songs by ear, as it’s more fun that way! We will all sing together in unison, in ‘rounds’ and using simple yet uplifting harmonies. We would love you to join us!

We will explore the voice at a deeper level through toning, movement and vocally healing vibrations. Singing together acts as a natural anti-depressant and is scientifically proven to improve health and wellbeing. There is absolutely no singing experience required, everyone is welcome to come along, be themselves and join in the fun! Contact me to book your place.
