Mobilisation appointments will include massage of the calf and foot as well as passive movements of the ankle joint.

This intervention helps with recovery post exercise and in some cases aid injury rehabilitation.

By using this strategy the lower limb will recover quicker and enable more efficient performance in all multidirectional / contact sports and activities, it has also been shown to improve performance, reduce pain and encourage proper alignment of the limbs.
