Shining stars yoga and Pilates studio Here at shining star studio we have weekly classes of Pilates, yoga, mindfulness and so much more.. I teach adults, children and those with additional needs.

We have a hydrotherapy spa for you to use too, allowing class and spa.. Weekly Pilates, yoga and mindfulness classes. Classes for adults and children for additional needs.. Weekly well-being Wednesdays yoga and Pilates followed by spa coffee and tea �
Weekly special events Thursday or Fridays. Monthly well-being afternoons on Saturdays…

No equipment needed…. No designer leggings 🤣
No need to be super flexible or fit!!!

That’s why we show up… and keep showing up even when we don’t really want to 🤪 consistency is key!!

this workshop will give you the kickstart 👍🏻

We will finish with a loverly relaxation section to calm and soothe our body & minds 💗
