Smoothie bowl!

This is sooooo nice, really makes it feel like a treat with the oats sprinkled on

You will need

The NEW 1:1 Raspberry, coconut and oat smoothie
300ml cold water
3tsps mix a mousse
Raspberry and elderflower water flavour and coconut flavdrops optional

Sieve half the bits out the smoothie packet, put to one side

Put 3tsp of MAM into the packet and mix in with the smoothie powder.

Pour into the water in your blender and add flavdrops if you have them

Blend and pour into a bowl and pop in the fridge for ten mins then sprinkle the sieved bits on and a bit of the water flavour, get fancy with your design if you wish🥰🤣

'Twas 8 weeks 'til Christmas,
And all round the town,
Ex-1:1 slimmers
were starting to frown.

'Oh, why did I do it?
Why did I lapse?
I'll call my Consultant,
and maybe, perhaps....'

'She'll welcome me back
with a smile and her tape.
She's just what I need
to get back in shape!'

Just then, from a distance,
There came such a shout...
'Of course you can come back
- of that there's no doubt!'

'Keep drinking the water
and step on my scales,
(I really don't mind
that you slipped off the rails)'

'We'll start right away,
I'll be strict, I confess,
to help you get back
in that little black dress!'

'Those pounds will soon vanish,
I cannot deny it.
So a huge welcome back

⭐⭐WOW, just look at Zoe Thomson⭐⭐

Zoe has recently become a consultant, read her story ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I gained a lot of weight due to depression, comfort eating & binge eating. Enough was enough so I plucked up the courage to contact my now sponser, started on Step 1A in July 2019 & lost nearly 5 stone by Dec. Sadly my Gran passed away & I fell off track into the new year then lockdown hit where I also left my job & didn't work for 9 weeks so ended up falling back into old habits & put on 1.5 stone.
I gave myself a good shake in June this year & have now lost the lockdown weight gain & on way to reach my goal which will take me to nearly 6 stone loss. I also started consulting at the end of June & hit Silver in my first 4 weeks. It really helps me stay on track doing the plan with my slimmers. I'm determined to get to my goal this time & go up the steps properly 🤩 xx
