Last week we had our CQC inspection. An important day at Junction Lane.

We passed with flying colours. Well done to all the team at Junction Lane who keep the place running everyday.🎉

Some comments from the inspectors on the day:
"We observed a really positive, friendly culture. The team are passionate about providing care for patients. "

"Special dental advisor was happy with the clinical discussions and how care is discussed with patients, consented and dpcumented"

"The premises is beautifully presented to provide a lovely enviroment for patients"

"On arrival we were immediately greeted warmly on reception, this was a lovely welcome and introduction to the practice. Patients commented positively on the welcome approach"

The main report comes in a couple of weeks and we will keep you postied

The staff went out and celebrated all there hard work. And was very happy with the outcome. Overall is was a really positive day, and made the staff feel elated in the work they carry out and to provide a top quality service to our patients and putting there care and need first.

Have you booked in for your routine dental examination?

It is important to keep up to date with your recall of dental examination.

If you have not been to the dentist for your examination this year then you may be due your dental examination.

We recommend dental examinations at least every 6 months but recommend our patients visit at least once a year to stay active with the practice.

Dental examinations are important for many reasons:
