St Helens Libraries doing rhyme time. Infant Feeding Service - St Helens Wellbeing giving feeding advice. Mill Green Cafe, and St Helens Borough Mobile Pantry

Join us tomorrow for our walk and talk. Free tea and coffee. We have an indoor space, so if the weather is bad we will skip the walk and go straight for brews.

Calling all Dads!!!!!!!

Dad Matters St Helens will be Holding our 2nd Walk and Talk sessions Saturday 7th March. We will be having a walk round Taylor Park before going inside for a Hot Drink and a chat. These walks are open to all Dads and anyone assuming the role of Dad. We will be looking to start the walk from the Boat House Cafe shortly after 10am.

In the event of bad weather we may skip the walk and keeping the talking indoors. Dads are welcome to bring their children or attend without.

I would also like to thank Friends of Taylor Park St Helens who will be opening up the ranger station for us to use.

There are now free sessions available every Saturday morning for Dads / Male Carers and their children. All sessions include refreshments. We have been working closely with both St Helens Family Hubs and Parents in Mind St Helens to ensure there are no clashes.

Tomorrow at Newton St Helens Family Hubs M.A.T.CH (Men And Their CHildren is a great stay and play session for all Dads and Male Carers. Dads get some great one on one time with their children while mums get a nice little break on a Saturday morning.

One of our amazing St Helens Dad's is walking 100km in March to raise money for Sands - baby loss charity. SANDS is an amazing charity that offers support to bereaved parents at a time they need it the most. Paul has shared his story online. This is a cause very close to my own heart and I would just like to wish him all the luck in the world with this challenge from everyone at Dad Matters St Helens and Home-Start St Helens.

I’m walking 100k in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today. Anything you’re able to donate truly means so much – I’m only £475 off my target. Thank you

Fussy eating can make meal times stressful rather than enjoyable Family time. This is a great workshop available for anyone who finds themselves preparing multi meals at dinner time.
