3 stretches every BJJ athlete should be doing 🥋🧘‍♂️

• Low Lunge Pulses – Open the hip flexors, improve guard mobility, and ease pressure on the lower back. Keep the core engaged and gently pulse forward.

• 90/90 Stretch – Targets deep hip rotation for better transitions, guard retention, and safer knee movement. Stay tall through the spine.

• Pigeon Pose – Releases glutes and external hips, helping with tightness from passing, shooting, and long rounds on the mats.
