Apologies this is a day late β€” yesterday was Danielle’s last day, and it’s been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone, making it hard to find the right words πŸ’™

We couldn’t, and wouldn’t, allow Danielle to slip out the back door without celebrating everything she has achieved. She has been an incredible part of NFC, helping to shape it into what it is today with her dedication, strength, and heart.

Her impact runs deep, and she leaves behind big shoes to fill. Things won’t be the same without her presence, her guidance, and the care she showed every single day. What she’s given goes far beyond a role β€” it’s something that will stay with us long after she’s gone.

As she steps into her next chapter, we hope it brings her everything she deserves and more. You will be missed more than you know, Danielle, but we are so proud of all that you have achieved and everything that lies ahead.
