She has 24 hour care, Her love of life, is within her beautiful home and accessing a vast array of outside interests, including : shopping, cinema, musicals, plays...ultimately would love go on holiday.

It is with a very heavy heart that we let you know our carer Toni lost her battle last night. We know many at NFC worked with and loved Toni. Our thoughts are with Toni's loved ones family and friends at this sad time.
Toni was one of the best carers we have ever had the pleasure of working with, and was the most kind and caring person who always had a smile on her face.
We will be doing a collection in the office if anyone would like to donate this will be passed to family to support with funeral cost at this difficult time.💔###

Duties
Support the manager in the day to day running of the business
Perform varies duties, responsible for scheduling customers and ensuring times are adhered to and the highest quality of care is provided
Planning new customers and carers schedules
Supervision of carers
Provide timely responses to customers requests
Contribute to monthly on call, 1 weekend per month and one evening per week.
Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure individuals care needs are met and maintained.
