Real transformation always begins from the inside.

🌿 “Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”

Inner development is the foundation of a better life because:

✨ A calm mind sees clearly.
✨ A disciplined mind makes wise choices.
✨ A compassionate mind builds healthy relationships.
✨ A mindful mind breaks unhealthy patterns.

No amount of external change matters if the internal world remains chaotic.

Great things don’t begin outside you.
They begin inside you —

We are really looking forward to our Summer of Love day retreat this Saturday St James The Great Church Wrightington
A full day of wellbeing, we will
Start our day with a workshop on self love, then yoga 🧘 and meditation, then we will serve a home made/ wholesome lunch, have a 5 senses countryside mindful walk and end with a beautiful cacao ceremony with sound and energy healing. ❤️‍🩹

Our guests are in for a real treat. 🙏❤️‍🩹👼😇

Meditation Reiki.

Step into A beautiful place of transformation, as you embark on a journey to meet your Spirit Guide, as you relax into your own sacred garden to speak with and receive guidance.

In this meditation we will cleanse the chakra's focusing on the troubles of the past and present, gaining insight of the way forward.

As you relax in this beautiful space, Reiki will channelled direct from source, to help understand your messages and bring the mind, body and spirit back into perfect balance.

Treatment will take approx 1 and 1/2 hours, and includes a consultation. Investment is £55.
