Today is our Seniors Day and we have lots in store!

First, we have Aqua Aerobics at 9:30am - 10:15am (bookable at https://brnw.ch/21wXfmr) followed by coffee and cake for £5 at our resident café .and.fed, then on to 'Folke Tails' presenting a fabulously funny and entertaining "Scrooge gets fit" at 10:45am. There will then be a free Senior swim at 11am and taster drop in Pickleball sessions throughout the day.

As we are a charitable organisation, we are also looking for Volunteers to help us and will be holding a 'Volunteer Forum' at 12pm followed by a 'Meet the Manager' - Vicky Martyn, from 1pm to chat through any issues you may have or ideas you would like to bring!

Get ready to dive into achievement - Distance Week is returning, and this time it’s running over two weeks!

📆 Week Commencing 10th November
➡️ Foundation swimmers will be assessed
📆 Week Commencing 17th November
➡️ Development & Academy swimmers will be assessed

🕒 All assessments will take place during your child’s normal lesson time.
