It's International Yoga Day on Friday 21st of June and I am teaching a special Yoga and Meditation Workshop at the beautiful Anelah Room inside Steren School of Ballet in Camborne✨

Come along and celebrate yourself during this 1 hour 30 minute session, we will move into a lovely yoga flow, followed by some restorative yin yoga and meditation and enjoy a mindful cup of herbal tea to close the session 🙏

All levels are welcome, and mats/props are provided.

Tickets are £20 pp and Concessionary rates are available.
