After having kids I had lost connection to myself. I contacted after glowing recommendations and was TERRIFIED 🤣. My aim was to balance my hormonal health and boost my energy. I got so so much more. Vic reconnected me to feeling good in my physical body, challenging myself, enjoying movement, gaining nutritional knowledge as well as boosting my confidence and sense of self. I now continue to see her for weekly 6:30am sessions (cos we love early morns) & it's become normal and even enjoyable 🤣💕. Cannot recommend her enough honestly x
