I’ve had a cancellation for Thursday 15th January at 4pm or 5pm, plus a couple of available appointments later in the month:
• 20th January – 5pm
• 23rd January – 1pm

I’m excited to start off the year by sharing that I’m now offering Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) as one of my treatments.

RLD is a wonderfully gentle therapy that can help support things like:

Hello Beauties 💕

I just wanted to share a little update with you!

This November, I’ll be training in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) an award-winning reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to create a positive effect on the body’s lymphatic system. Over the past year, I’ve really felt called in this direction, and I truly believe in following where my heart leads. 🌿

I’m also considering training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) a very similar, hands-on therapy. MLD is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses light, rhythmic movements on the skin to stimulate the lymphatic system. This helps the body detoxify, rebalance, and reduce swelling or congestion.

Before I take the next step, I’d love to know would any of you be interested in MLD treatments in the future?

Both RLD and MLD can be supportive for a range of conditions, including:
• Arthritis
• Asthma
• Eczema
• Chronic Fatigue
• Fibromyalgia
• ME
• Sinus Problems
