Born in Norfolk, raised in London, set free by St. I have enjoyed many different sound baths over the last 7-8 years but my journey with gongs started in 2019 when I was fortunate enough to attend one in London and I was hooked. My main intention for becoming a Gong practitioner is to simply share the many benefits that sound healing can offer. It gave me the space to 'just be', something I feel we all need more opportunity to enjoy.

Here I am, AGM (short for Amy Gentles-McKie) a learning Gong practitioner starting her journey of sharing the holistic delights and therapeutic benefits of a gong bath with the world... um, starting with St. Leonards-on-sea!

The aim is to offer you a calm space to welcome balance into your week. No previous experience / knowledge / understanding required. Just bring yourself and a curious, open heart.
