Me again. Apologies to Facebook, I was being scammed/hacked before. Sadly the advert I placed has attracted so much attention from hackers that it hasn’t been worth it for the hassle to fend them off. I can’t believe I fell for the last email posing as Meta. Anyway, all passwords have now been changed.
Thank goodness Karma exists and they will get their just deserts. 🙌

I wanted to share the good news about our award, so advertised it on Facebook to the local community. Since then I have had nothing but harassment from Facebook saying I am stealing a brand identity, which is our own and our page will be taken down, so if that happens you will know why. I have appealed, after the first few messages about it came through via Facebook Messenger resembled a scam, but an official email came through to our works’ email. Why can they not tell it is us, the advert is consistent with everything about our brand on Facebook and Instagram. So much for AI!! Facebook is full of adverts and here we are two local bona fide podiatrists serving our community, but are getting nothing but time wasting hassel. I certainly won’t be spending our money on Facebook advertising again!

We went out to beautiful Pett Level to Walk the World guided meditation today. The actual event is 2pm next Saturday globally. We have never done a guided walking meditation before and it was a beautiful and inspiring experience. We highly recommend it.

Next Saturday we are not at home, but in the autumn of 2025 we hope to organise a group to do it with others.

My last video post was about kinesio tape. It can be used to heal bruises much quicker and reduce the swelling of haematomas as well as support muscles and tendons.

This video was taken on 26/06/24 after I had hiked for 7.5 hours up Mount Snowdon and back to the car, parked 30 minutes walk away from the start at Pen-y-Pass. My feet and legs held out the whole way and I have had no problem with them over the last 3 days.
Martin and Angie Parry are both Kinesio tapers. Martin Parry specialises in foot & ankle problems, biomechanics and gait analysis.
