Just a quick update to let you know I’ll be attending a 2-day Oncology Massage training course with The School in Exmouth. This means I’ll be unavailable for appointments during this time.

I’m really looking forward to expanding my skills so I can offer even more specialised, supportive treatments to my clients 💆‍♀️

✨ Clinic Update ✨

Hi everyone 😊

Just a little update to let you know that I’m currently having some essential work carried out on my clinic floor, so for the next two weeks I’ll be based in the old Nisa shop (the front building).

As there isn’t a waiting room available during this time, please could you text me when you arrive and I’ll let you know as soon as I’m ready for you.

🚗 Parking is available:
• Outside the shop / on the main road
• Or across the road in the Social Club car park, which is free

I’m a qualified and insured Soft Tissue Therapist currently completing advanced training in Pregnancy Massage, and I’m looking for pregnant clients (from 12 weeks) to take part in pregnancy massage case studies.

Pregnancy massage can help with:
🤰Ease of Back, hip and shoulder discomfort
🤰Reduce muscle tension and aches during pregnancy
🤰Promote relaxation and better sleep

Treatments use specialist pregnancy positioning and supportive cushions to keep both mum and baby comfortable and safe throughout.
