Trust me, we were as frustrated at you. Thank you for your patience whilst we navigated Eli Lilly’s recent decision to increase their whole sale prices for their medical weight loss treatment by 45-170% 😱. We just couldn’t ethically take on new patients, not knowing what they may have to pay for treatment down the line.

All our current patients and those on the waiting list have been emailed the new confirmed pricing structure today and other treatment options, please check your junk inbox if you haven’t spotted the email 📧

We are here to support and guide you through this time of change. Our goal is keeping medical treatments as accessible and safe as possible for patients.

🩺Our service won’t change and will still include:
-initial face-to-face consultation and medical examination
- review of bloods where appropriate
- treatment, sharps box, needles, skin cleanser
- a 30min face-to-face review every 3-4 weeks - ongoing remote support by Dr. Victoria between reviews when needed to monitor side effects and review effectiveness of treatment.

The pricing changes will push more and more vulnerable patients to dangerous treatment options such as those online and from non-medical practitioners. This angers me as a doctor. I don’t agree with the manufacturers decision to suddenly change the price once many patients are established on treatment and feeling the benefits. I think it’s unethical. At least honour pricing for patients on treatment or maintenance.

Thankfully there are other companies and other treatments available, with more on the way.

Hopefully an NHS obesity service isn’t too far away for NI.

A slight pricing update for any new medical weight loss patients from 1.8.25.

These reflect the increased cost from the manufacturers and pharmacies as the doses increase.

For all our current patients, we will absorb this price increase in clinic to keep you on your treatment journey, however long you may need💕.

⁉️We’ve had a number of queries about how to vote for us this year & whilst incredibly thankful, I just wanted to remind everyone we’ve decided not to submit an entry.

I work with so many inspirational, amazing people in medicine who are saving lives, helping children beat cancer, performing life-saving surgeries, helping patients live longer & better, making MASSIVE personal sacrifices to help their patients….they aren’t winning awards 🥺. Their success, skill, dedication & expertise goes unawarded. They are the real heroes 👏

I love caring for my aesthetic & private patients. It’s a joy, a privilege and something I chose to do to pursue my own passion for helping patients feel happier, healthier & more confident. It’s a treat for me, not something I feel i’m worthy of any award for.

The fact patients/ colleagues take the time to nominate me for these awards is a prize itself for me- so thank you! That is incredibly humbling and means so much.

I’ll never be a showbiz or glamorous doctor. My joy comes from being in background, working directly with my patients and watching you transforming into more confident, happier versions on yourself. I win in clinic every day watching your faces look in the mirror and break into smiles (and some tears) 🥰🥰

This principle is at the heart of everything I do, whether I’m working in the NHS or in my aesthetics clinic.

👩🏻‍⚕️Being a doctor means making decisions that prioritise your safety and wellbeing above all else. That’s why I only offer treatments that are evidence-based, ethical, and medically appropriate.

❌I’ll never recommend something just because it’s trending or profitable. If a treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll say no- kindly, but firmly. Because real care sometimes means choosing not to treat.

🍃Aesthetics should enhance, not endanger. And as your doctor, I’m here to guide you with integrity, honesty, and clinical responsibility.
