🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Allow yourself to just BE. Sit with your feelings, whatever they may be. It’s important to acknowledge and respect your emotions, whether they’re festive cheer or winter blues ❄️💙.

🛋️ Whether you’re staying in and curling up with a good book 📚 watching your favourite movie 🎥 lighting up like a Christmas tree 🎄 or taking a more subdued approach, do it your way! 🌟
