🔥👩‍🚒 Our lovely CRM Amber swapped her desk for a fire helmet yesterday at the Trafford Wellbeing Event in Altrincham!

She came armed with plenty of information about Oakfield Croft 🏡💜 …and of course, her trademark American charm 😎✨.

It was a fantastic day connecting with the community, sharing what life at our home is all about, and spreading the word about the support we can offer 💕.

🇬🇷✨ It’s all Greek to us! ✨🇬🇷

Yesterday Oakfield Croft went full-on Mediterranean mode 🌞🌊… and what a day we had! We tucked into a tasty Greek dinner 🥙🍇 (no plate smashing though… 😉), tested our knowledge with a Big Fat Greek Quiz 🧠🎉, and even dressed the part 👒👗.

From decorations to desserts 🍰, the whole home was buzzing with OPA energy 💃🕺

Who needs a holiday in Santorini when you’ve got Oakfield Croft? 😎🏝️

☀️🌊 Happy National Beach Day from Morecambe!

We spent the day by the seaside with a lovely picnic on the promenade, grabbed a coffee at a cosy local café, and even paid a visit to the one and only Eric Morecambe himself. 🕶️✨

Such a perfect day of sea air, and smiles! 💙

💛 A big thank you to all our wonderful families who joined us for our “Sip, Savour & Say Hello” event last week! 🍷🧀

It was such a pleasure to introduce you to Roxy, our new Home Manager, and Emily, now our Deputy Home Manager. We’re so excited for the journey ahead with such a fantastic team in place! ✨

And of course… we can’t forget how much we all enjoyed the wine and cheese too! 😂🍇🍷🧀

🌟 What a wonderful Sunday we had at the Living Well with Dementia Fair! 🌟

The day was full of fantastic info from inspiring speakers 🎤, helpful resource tables (including ours 👋), and so many great community connections. 💙

But of course, the showstoppers were… 🚒 the shiny fire trucks, 🚓 the classic old police car, 🐴 the sweetest Shetland ponies (my personal fave!), and 🍰 the cake… because let’s be honest, who can say no to cake? 😆

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a special day. 💐 We left feeling full of joy, laughter, and plenty of useful knowledge too. 💡✨

☀️ Oh what a difference a week makes! This time last week we were soaking up the sunshine at our Oakfield Croft Summer Fete 🎉🌭🍦 … and today we’re looking out at grey skies and showers 🌧️☔

Thinking back to the laughter, BBQ smells, carnival games and all the smiles has us wishing we could press rewind 🔄💛 We still have some lovely snaps from the day that didn’t make it into last week’s post – too much fun to fit in one album! 📸✨
