This beautiful tree on the right is one I visit often. Connecting with the energy of Mother Earth.

I use this energy during EFT sessions to create a grounding and cleansing space for my clients to process and let go.

During Reiki Sessions I ask Mother Earth to aid with any unwanted emotions / pain. She can receive and transform this energy so powerfully.

Fun fact, I also have a Mother Earth tattoo on my back!🌎🧚🏼‍♀️✨️

Through gentle yet powerful processes, you will be supported to:

EFT Tapping is also a very powerful technique if you experience anxiety. Sessions can be tailored to focus on your needs. Not all sessions need to revisit childhood memories & beliefs. EFT & Matrix can be widely applied to suit you.

I work spiritually, but that doesn't mean you have to be spiritual. All you need is an open mind and willingness to step forward into change! I bring oracle cards into sessions and use meditation / grounding techniques to gently guide your transformation.
