A quick update on sessions going forward✨️🤰🏼

(I can't believe it am now half baked!🧁)

I am reducing my Reiki Healing Sessions slightly... Meaning sessions will be slightly shorter, and availability slightly less.

It is truly a magical experience providing Reiki Healing Sessions whilst pregnant 💗✨️ Therefore I want to make sure I can be present and comfortable with every client.

EFT support is still available but on an adhoc / short support basis. I won't have capacity to take on any new long term clients for the foreseeable.

This beautiful tree on the right is one I visit often. Connecting with the energy of Mother Earth.

I use this energy during EFT sessions to create a grounding and cleansing space for my clients to process and let go.

During Reiki Sessions I ask Mother Earth to aid with any unwanted emotions / pain. She can receive and transform this energy so powerfully.

Fun fact, I also have a Mother Earth tattoo on my back!🌎🧚🏼‍♀️✨️
