CHEEKS IN BLOOM 🌺🌸🌷🌻

I know that you know that I know and ADORE the sheer POWER 💥 of mid face volume replacement with dermal filler….but I’m sorry / not sorry for sharing yet another marvellous, NATURAL result for this beauty 🤣❤️

Again, a small volume (2ml) of premium dermal filler has lifted the cheek, softened the nose to mouth folds and overall, she’s refreshed - but not ‘overdone’, my friends…

I was asked today what my values are when it comes to Life of Riley….and this just sums it up really.

It’s been NINE whole years since I last increased my prices, which, as I’m writing this….sounds absolutely ridiculously ridiculous 😂

I have held off as long as possible, but it’s finally time for a little price update across most (but not all) of my services ❤️

Effective immediately for new patients, most of my services will see a price increase - just to keep up with the times, recognising how far I’ve come in those 9 years and to make sure that I’m able to continue to offer you all the very best in quality treatments and care 🥰

Existing patients can take advantage of my ‘old’ prices until 1st April 2025, so if you’ve been thinking about that treatment you’ve been meaning to book or just need a little refresher, now’s the time 😘

PUTTING MY BODY OUT THERE! 🤢🫠

Some of you know that I have been working on my (lack of) fitness for the last few weeks & I’ve been challenged to show my progress on social media. So here goes 🫠

I chose to do this with the amazing after connecting and meeting with her, realising very quickly that she was exactly what & who I needed ❤️

This isn’t an ad or even me buzzing off myself, but I wanted to give her a shout out for putting me and my mind & body on the straight and narrow. It’s been hard graft and I’ve still got a long way to go, but in only 9 weeks….

⚖️5.9kg (13lbs) in weight
🏋🏼‍♀️Lifting more weight than ever before (from the lass who couldn’t open a jar 😂)

Another Sunday, another solution 💁🏼‍♀️
