At Amberley Care Home in Sale, Manchester, we recently tried something a little different and it paid off beautifully.
We hosted a group interview, led not just by our brilliant staff, but with one of our residents proudly sitting on the interview panel. Together, we welcomed 17 candidates, explored real-world care scenarios, and had some truly meaningful conversations.
