We started caring for this lovely lady a few years ago, and as her needs have increased over time, her support has grown with her and she is now having live-in care 💙
We are incredibly proud that she and her family trust us to deliver on our promise of exceptional care. When those trusted relationships are built, and we can truly show the difference we make, life becomes better for everyone involved ✨
We are all involved, including the company director and care manager, to the senior carer, wider care team, family and trusted friends: and most importantly, the wonderful lady we support every day 💙
Previously, she had experienced falls, which understandably affected her confidence. Now, with someone there at all times, she feels safe and that safety has given her the confidence to enjoy life again 🏡💫
Live-in care has enhanced her life socially, physically, and mentally. She has gained weight, is more alert, and her family has real peace of mind knowing she is never alone. She can live her days peacefully, with reassurance always close by.
And just as importantly, she continues to live happily alongside her treasured pet dog 🐶 Archie, a much-loved and vital member of her family.
This is a proud moment for the whole team. We have been with her throughout her care journey and will continue to be for the rest of time 💙 This is why we do what we do.
