Bringing someone in to share responsibilities—especially when you have high standards like I do—was a big step. But a year on, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Brigita has grown into a huge asset to our team 🌱 From feeling undervalued in her previous role, she is now thriving, confident, and highly respected. Most importantly, we’ve built a strong and trusting working relationship.
She shares our passion for delivering outstanding care to our Bluebird Care Trafford family 💙
To celebrate her journey, I gifted her a peace lily 🌿—a symbol of her growth, strength, and the calm, caring presence she brings every day.
