Jawline acne is a common problem but with the right information & products you can clear it up & feel confident in your skin again

Here are 5 tips that will help with your jawline acne

1)Keep your skin clean! Wash your face twice a day! Environ Sebuwash is a gentle wash with salicylic acid and with tree tea oil. Salicylic acid penetrates the skin and reduces sebum production and gently exfoliates the skin
Tea tree oil is anti-inflammatory.

2)Use topical products.
Environ salicylic acid toner with tea tree oil, lactic acid lotion & vitamin A oil is especially useful as they kill bacteria, and reduce inflammation so you should see a difference within a few days.

3)Watch for your diet!
Foods that are high in sugar and refined carbohydrates can cause blood sugar spikes which can lead to inflammation and acne. Diary, soy, and gluten can also trigger breakouts!

4)Consider hormonal imbalances
If your breakouts appear during your menstrual circle, hormonal imbalances may be the cause.
Forget about ‘over the counter’ products

5)Focus on your digestive system!
If there is an imbalance between good and bad bacteria you can have problems in your digestive system and that can cause acne too
Poor digestion can lead to toxins building up in your body
These toxins can then make their way to the surface of your skin and cause breakouts.

I’m not here to judge, but honestly, if you already have the best medical-grade skincare products, why mix them with brands from Boots?

How can I determine which product you are reacting to? It’s often not just one product – it can be all of them. With my 18 years of experience in clinical dermatology, I have a good understanding of what might be happening with your skin.
