Heres why we encourage everyone to do as much variations of different exercise as possible 🙌🏼

From strength training to yoga. Running to recovery workouts.

That’s to make you a healthier, more well-rounded person physically.

Fitness is often used for fat loss for most people as a starting point! And that’s fair - it’s often the most common need.

But then you realise how good getting strong feels.

And how good you feel when you’re more mobile.

Then stairs feels easier.

Life then feels tonne more fluid.

Everything you do in the day then feels easier - life AND work.

And before you know it you’ve become someone who makes activity part of their everyday life because it is so clear how it makes you feel!!

The most inspiring part of coaching isn’t just what happens inside the gym

It’s what starts happening outside of it for the clients 🙌🏼

I’ve seen people who never exercised in their life become the type of person who trains week after week, year after year.

That change doesn’t just affect their fitness. It changes EVERYTHING.

It’s always been our objective to make exercise and health simple.

Simple means less complications and better long term results…

And number one for us is always going to be to make it as much fun as exercise can possibly be!! 🤣

Doesn’t mean we won’t push you - but if you have fun in the environment you do something, it becomes so much easier.

Often the hardest part is starting and then walking through the door for the session 👏🏻

This honestly can’t be more true.

The amount of chats I had this morning in sessions how hard it was to wake up.

To get back to routine.

To get out of bad habits.

It’s never easy prepping to go to the gym.

But once you’re there the rest is SO much easier.

Might not feel easy whilst doing it, but you’ll definitely feel better.

Keep it up - get back to routine! 🖤👍🏻
