Wrapped up with a rainy walk with some of the yesterday 🖤

From Imagine Dragons in London, to Harry Potter studio tour, some amazing food locally and a couple of Padel wins.

Whilst any week isn’t without its ups and downs, it’s lovely to focus on the wins 🖤

Healthy lunch out doesn’t have to be boring… 😴

If any meal you have has the following:

- Palm-Sized Protein Portion
- Colourful fruit or veg
- Healthy fats

Then you can add to it whatever you feel for your goals.

For us today for example, this was post-workout so we wanted some carbs to replenish (yes carbs are ok)!

All in all, if the meal you make makes you feel good and has a variety of veg and protein, you’re doing it good!

If it doesn’t make you feel good after, play around with portion sizing (reduce) or add colourful fruit and veg, then protein!

You can’t go wrong!

First in the bag in Northwich🔥🙌🏼

Thanks for dragging us round 🖤

‘Longer’ distance running outside of sprinting and sport has always been hard, namely as I refused to train anything longer than a Mile or 2km in one go in a gym workout. LOL

So this is me trying to get better at it especially in prep for a few comps coming up in October 😅

And I’ll be honest I just didn’t used to enjoy running as I’m not the best at it. And I was trying to find every reasonable excuse last night to bail haha.

But I had an absolute blast this AM and felt amazing. 26:19 in the bag, slow for most, fast for me haha 🤪

Great to get out on a Saturday morning, I’ll see you next week 👍🏻🙌🏼🖤

A member asked the other day how long I’ve been coaching for… nearly 8 years!! 🙈🤪🙌🏼

The last 8 have been super hard in places, full of joy and emotional ups and downs.

But never have I been more certain about being on purpose more than today.

Check out the journey since 2017 and the change of the hairline 😅🤪🙌🏼

Thanks to the team for allowing us to focus on our mission of helping people feel incredible by using exercise and diet as the vessel to do that!

I couldn’t be happier, but I could certainly be less stressed haha 🤣🖤

This morning EVERYRHING was telling me NO.

Super tired. Pent up energy. Reactive. Not the best human - even with coffee 🤣

And it was a slog to pull my self up off the couch and do something.

Thankfully, I had a Padel session booked in after lunch.

And after being in a bad mood with west energy all morning - fast forward to after Padel…

Feeling good. Feeling energised. Feel refreshed. And all pent up energy, definitely gone.

Sometimes the hardest thing is getting ready to do the work. And when you’re there, unless you feel super under the weather, you ALWAYS feel better.

You don’t need me to tell you this - but remember how good you feel after exercising when you feel like you can’t be arsed.

Because the more you focus on that - the more you resist dodging sessions when it’s hard 🔥🙌🏼

What an incredible week off 🖤🙌🏼🔥

Cheeky photo dump of holiday photos from Hvar, Croatia. We mis-timed the heat wave so was a steady 35 degrees each day 🤪

We left it a little long to have a week off but feel incredible after getting away!

All the food, boat, harbour and cat pics - the sea food was to DIE for!!

But who the hell let me rent a boat (I’m a natural fortunately) 🤣

Now I’m back to eating normal food on a daily basis please… 😅
