Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our lovely Hamish. He was the most loyal companion for nearly 16 years and was always friendly and gentle with everyone he met young and old. We will miss him but feel very blessed to have had him in our lives 🤗🌸💕

An amazing time in Buenos Aires as our time in South America sadly comes to an end 🥲 we have loved it!

We are in Uruguay today for a half day tour in a lovely historic town Colonia - never thought I’d visit Uruguay but it’s a holiday of firsts! 😀

Hope everyone is keeping well. We have had an amazing time in Chilean and Argentinian Patagonia so many new experiences. Nature is truly magical. We are very sad to leave but looking forward to our next adventure in Buenos Aires. Look forward to seeing everyone when we are back 🌸💕

Well Perú has been amazing feel so lucky to have been here. The people so friendly the food delicious and the art and artefacts fab and the highlight Machu Picchu. Off to Patagonia tomorrow for the next stage of our adventure! Hope everyone is well 😀🌸💕

In our next week of lessons we will be working with the throat centre which means we will be working with postures and breathing techniques which open the throat neck and shoulders.

The Bridge posture is perfect for this. The above graphic beautifully explains the physical benefits. In addition the slight constriction in the throat massages the thyroid and parathyroid glands and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system.

With regular practice at a subtler level as the body opens it creates a wonderful sense of harmony and flow through the body. It creates a connection between head and heart and body and mind. As a result you gain a great sense of inner strength and improved ability to tune in to and communicate what really matters to you.
