Yes it’s Friday and we are hear to help you get that Fri Yay feeling! Why not join us this morning? We have Inferno Hot Pilates (express) at 10 followed by mat based pilates at 11.15 both with Donna. Jo is leading our hot yoga 26 practice at lunchtime at 12.30 and this evening we have our candlelight hot yoga 26 practice at 6 followed by the ultimate weekend wind down restorative yoga and yoga nidra in the dome with Kamal. So whatever takes your fancy we have a class to suit. Some classes are on waitlist but spaces do come available so get yourself on there and cross your fingers.

DRUMROLL 🥁 🥁🥁 So here it is! Our re-opening in person timetable!
Note we have added an extra 90 minute hot yoga class on. Saturday!
We are so excited to be welcoming you back but we are keeping a lot of our classes live streamed, where we can and we will continue to invest in our on demand studio ensuring there is always new, fresh classes for you to practice at home if you aren’t ready, or able to get to the studio in person.
You can book 14 days in advance so we are taking bookings today for the 17th – opening day. Our capacity is limited due to social distancing and spaces are at a premium so please respect this. Avoid cancellations on the day and never be a no-show!
If you want to restart your membership we are offering a discount if you sign up again before the 17th May. We are offering a 10% reduction in your membership subscription if you take out a 12 month recurring membership which is valid on any of the plans; Platinum (all access), yoga unlimited (all yoga) or inferno membership (which includes Body Blitz, Sculpt and Rocket).
As a big thank you to our members who retained their memberships throughout lockdown we would like to offer you a 20% discount in your membership from the 1st June. We quite simply can’t thank you enough.❤️
