For the first time social media could not have made it clearer & more obvious of the oppression & horror they have endured

Pain is so subjective and therefore not the best tool to access how much of a problem you have

It’s also one of the last symptoms the body feels when so much dysfunction has built up

Our bodies are pretty resilient so if you’re actually in pain , the reality is that you have probably ignored all the warning signs from before
