If you notice symptoms like pain, bloating, or unexplained bleeding, even if you’ve recently had your cervical screening, don’t ignore it.

🚨 Patient reminder 🚨

Next Wednesday, 28 January 2026, we will be temporarily closed for half a day from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM to support essential training for our GP practice staff.

During this time, will be on hand to address any urgent healthcare needs, which include:

✔️ Immediate urgent care
✔️ Prescriptions for acute conditions
✔️ In-person and virtual health consultations
✔️ Rapid home visits (when clinically necessary)

We are committed to making our services better for our patients and the wellbeing of our community.

From January, the current MMR vaccine will be replaced by the MMRV vaccine, which also protects against chickenpox.

This updated vaccine will be offered at the new 18-month appointment. You don’t need to do anything now — your GP will contact you when your child is due.

Falls are common, particularly in older people. If you or someone else falls, try to stay calm. Take a couple of minutes to check for any pain or injuries and see if you think you can get up.
