With 10+ health and wellbeing stalls, plus breakout sessions with Talk About It Mate, Foundation 92, Mind Salford and local GPs, there’s plenty of advice, support and activities to get involved in.⁠

👉 No booking needed, drop in at any time during the event. There will also be a number of optional breakout sessions taking place throughout the morning:⁠

10:00 – Fitness circuit with Foundation 92⁠
A light fitness session to get moving and learn simple ways to stay active.⁠

11:00 – The Health Lounge⁠
A relaxed panel conversation with a GP, Mind in Salford and Talk About It Mate, discussing men’s health, wellbeing and where to find support.⁠

Your newborn will be offered their first vaccine from 8-weeks old. Vaccines help protect them from serious illnesses like whooping cough, meningitis, and measles.
