So this weekend something fabulous happened. I took myself off the to complete a course with the wonderful

The course was Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) - now lots of people are talking about the amazing impact of manual lymph drainage (MLD), but who knows about RLD?

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award-winning, evidence-informed reflexology technique designed to support lymphatic health and help reduce lymphoedema after cancer treatment — particularly following breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy. It is also increasingly used to support clients with other common non-cancer-related conditions involving lymphatic congestion and for general wellness.

Having had to pop my feet up and receive this treatment twice this weekend, I can tell you first hand ITS AMAZING! 🙌 Despite being in traffic for well over an hour on my 20 min drive home, I felt chilled. A smashed glass as I stepped in the door - oh well! Then this morning - the day after my second session, the results to my tummy are clearly noticeable, pre treatment I didn't feel as puffy and bloated as I have recently so wasn't expected much, but wow - the difference! And again, my mood is lifted, I feel full of energy and my head is so much clearer.

Want to try for yourself? Drop me a DM.

I'll be adding details to Fresha shortly and offering it as a specific treatment but no need to wait for my admin day - reach out now.

** I'm also looking for a client case study who:
⭐ who has had lymph nodes removed and is experiencing lymphoedema
⭐ Who is happy to attend 4 weekly sessions in Eccles, M30
⭐ Who is comfortable with me taking measurements of arms and photographs to monitor progress
Sessions for this case study will be half price

Happy Sunday! This week I’m sharing a little information about something you might hear mentioned in wellbeing spaces - the Dirty Dozen.

🌿 What are the Dirty Dozen?
The Dirty Dozen is a list of fruit and vegetables that tend to carry higher pesticide residues when grown conventionally. It’s compiled annually using testing data and is intended as a guide, not a rulebook.

In the UK, foods commonly included or closely aligned include:
🍓 Strawberries
🍎 Apples
🍇 Grapes
🍐 Pears
🍒 Cherries
🍑 Peaches
🌶 Peppers
🥬 Spinach
🥔 Potatoes
🍅 Tomatoes
🥬 Kale
🥒 Cucumbers
This doesn’t mean you must buy everything organic — it simply helps you decide where organic might make the biggest difference, if that feels accessible.

🌱 Why this matters
Reducing pesticide exposure can support:
⭐ Gut health
⭐ Hormonal wellbeing
⭐ Overall body load (especially for children)

🧺 Where I buy organic
We've just discovered the organic fruit and veg boxes from Deli Lama, which I’m really enjoying. Lovely and fresh and it helps keep a bit of variety in the weekly meal planner. The chestnut mushrooms were my highlight by the way

As always, this is about informed, gentle choices, not perfection 🤍

Wellbeing support only works when it fits the reality of the working day. Many employers make this happen on a regular basis, in fact I'm heading out to a Lind standing corporate client shortly.

Onsite reflexology can help staff release tension, support sleep, improve mood, and feel more regulated — without disrupting productivity or workflows.

Sessions are:
• Fully clothed
• One-to-one
• Delivered onsite
• Adapted to suit your team’s needs

This is practical, meaningful wellbeing, not a box-ticking exercise.it might be a one off pop up, you may want a full day and offer various treatments (I can bring a team), or you may want a regular monthly or quarterly session. We can work with whatever works for you.

More info in my Workplace Highlight.

If you’d like to discuss how this could work in your workplace — whether as a one-off or a regular offering - you can reach me at:

I’m really excited to share that on 31st January and 1st February, I’ll be undertaking an intensive weekend of training at The Christie, studying the Sally Kay Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) protocol with the absolute guru herself, Sally Kay.

This specialist protocol was originally developed to support people living with secondary lymphoedema, particularly within hospice care. Since then, it has shown benefits for a wide range of conditions, including:
• Primary and secondary lymphoedema
• Pregnancy-related oedema
• Bloating
• Post-operative swelling (including C-section recovery)
• Inflammatory skin and bowel conditions
• Arthritis
• Chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, and more

On the run up, I’ll be sharing more about the lymphatic system and why supporting it is so important for overall wellbeing.

And for my regular clients - don’t worry 🤍 I’ve been supporting your lymphatic system in every session already. This training will simply give me a deeper understanding, along with new and refined techniques, to enhance the work I already do.

As part of completing this training and gaining registration on the RLD register, I’m looking for a case study participant experiencing any of the above conditions. This will involve four treatments in Feb/March, offered at a significantly reduced rate. I will need to assess progress with measurement, photos so you'll need to be comfy with this.

If you — or someone you know - might benefit and you can commit to regular sessions at my treatment room in Eccles, Greater Manchester, I’d love to hear from you. Please drop me a DM expressing interest with a little summary of your condition. ✨
