We are carrying out research aimed at developing potential new treatments for Long-COVID. These potential treatments may help with Long-COVID symptoms, including breathlessness.

The treatment, you will be required to visit the University of Salford on 7 separate occasions, each lasting approximately one hour. You will be taught how to consciously relax your stomach muscles using belly breathing and stand with less muscle tension. This is achieved using simple exercises which build awareness of patterns of muscle tension.
