There's always a time and a place for an Indian head massage.

It's actually nice to receive for a change. I did think after being in Spain for 4 days I was chilled until I felt the tension from the massage.

It goes to show thou just because your not feeling the tension doesn't mean the stress isn't there... a good self care practice is key to your overall well-being and this massage also works on your 5th, 6th and 7th chakra which is an added bonus in my opinion 💕

The kids will love this ❤️✨🌈

10 beautiful souls between the ages of 8 and 16 will be joining me this morning for a workshop filled with excitement and curiosity.

This course really fills my heart with joy, knowing they all come feeling quiet anxious about what it's going to be like, if they will like it or love it?

What I know for sure, I've taught over 100 of kids and teens this course now and they will all leave with a new skill, a smile and of course be chilled out and know how to feel for energy and work with a crystal for anxiety and manifestation ✨🤍✨
