What do we have here? Looks scary?
Don’t worry — it’s just a nail after a little encounter with a protruding object.
It ended with a crack.
After cleaning, I applied a composite reconstruction.
Now we wait for healthy regrowth.
Worried about your nails too?

How long?????
The most common question in the clinic when we start treatment.
And honestly… I don’t know.
This case shows that it simply takes time.
It took exactly 12 months.
We’re slowly coming to the end now.
And it turned out really well, didn’t it?

Tiny dots… but big pain. What are seed corns?
Seed corns are small, hard plugs of keratin that form on the sole of the foot, usually in areas of pressure. They often look like little black or white dots and can feel like you’re walking on sharp grains — hence the name.
They commonly develop due to:
pressure and friction
dry skin
uneven weight distribution
Even though they’re small, they can cause significant discomfort when walking.
Can you treat them yourself?
Not really effectively. Removing them incorrectly can make the problem worse or cause more pain.
The best results come from: 👉🏻professional debridement in clinic
👉🏻reducing pressure
👉🏻proper home care and hydration
With the right approach, they can be managed and prevented from coming back.
Struggling with seed corns?
Let’s take care of it properly

Sometimes going to a concert can end like this.
A subungual hematoma, a partially detached nail, and finally a green discoloration caused by Pseudomonas bacteria.
The patient came in because the nail became loose and started to change colour.
Now we just need to be patient and wait for a new nail to grow.
It will look beautiful again.

Your teenager no longer wants to show you their toenails. They no longer want your help. They’re growing up.
But maybe it’s worth having a conversation and showing them how to take care of their toenails and how to use nail polish safely. Today, children often learn not from adults, but from Instagram or TikTok.
Wouldn’t it be nicer to spend some time together — maybe even paint each other’s nails?
In this case, unfortunately, that lack of knowledge resulted in pain and discomfort. Thankfully, we managed to resolve the problem.
Happy Mother’s Day.

Cracked heels are not only a cosmetic issue — they often cause pain and discomfort while walking.
In this case, the heels were carefully treated in the clinic, and the patient went home with clear home-care recommendations.
The right working technique is the foundation of effective treatment.

Another case from today. How I love my job.
Holiday or not — when someone needs help, it’s time to act.
The patient came in with pain. Two previous attempts to cut the nail had not solved the problem. The nail had already been referred for removal in another clinic.
After a consultation, explaining the procedure and the treatment plan — we started.
Look what was hiding there…
Now we begin the healing process.
Are you curious how this case will progress?
Stay tuned.

Will it hurt?
That’s the most common question people ask before booking an appointment for ingrown toenails.
With the Unibrace brace, I can confidently say that after the treatment the pain will already be reduced — or even gone completely.
Don’t wait.
