💼 We’re hiring a Business Administrator!

Do you love being organised, supporting a team, and keeping things running smoothly?
We’re Sentinel Ambulance Service and Totem Medical Academy, based in Eccles, Salford, and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive Administrator to join our friendly, professional team.

🕘 Hours: 9am–3pm, 4 days a week (24 hours total)
💰 Pay: £12.50–£14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
📍 Location: On-site, Eccles (no remote working)

✨ What you’ll do:
📅 Support scheduling and timesheets
📧 Manage inboxes, reports, and data
💬 Keep communication flowing across our teams
🗂 Handle everyday admin tasks that keep everything on track

What an absolute privilege to be supporting the Ultimate Fighting Championship at the Co-op Live ! Our crew conducting pre and post fight medicals, cage side medical support and ambulance transport in conjunction with the onsite medical team! An amazing night and very proud of our crew!
